  Mighty Maths is New Zealand's biggest selling mathematics series. The collection starts with teaching Beginner Mathematicians how to write numbers and then moves to arithmetic and beyond. The series can be purchased as books but the eBook series has now become the most popular option. Some of the comprehensive Mighty Math learning activities are featured on the Maths Centre website. For more you should visit the Mahobe website. You can be confident in your child's mathematics learning progression when you or your school uses  Mighty Maths.

  The Spyder Calculator
  The coolest calculator of all is nicknamed the Spyder. It is an absolute cracker. It is lean and muscular and calculates faster than a Ferrari! Use it if you dare - your mathematics will become more explosive and spectacular than any fireworks display.
  
  The Spyder does all that you would expect of a scientific calculator and is even approved by the NZQA. WARNING: The Spyder has been known to extend students' life at school and stimulate their interest in mathematics. Try and calculate as fast as you can. It will stay still on your desk due to the special web that Mahobe has placed on the back. 
  
  When you sit exams you need to be confident that your calculator gives you the correct answer. If you use any of those other dull and boring calculators then good luck! The Spyder is recommended by the New Zealand Centre of Mathematics and endorsed by New Zealand's leading mathematics author Kim Freeman.

  Only the people from Mahobe could have come up with such an advanced scientific and statistics calculator. Look at these advanced features: Textbook display. That means fractions, exponents and roots are written like they are in the textbook.  Statistics are written into a table. You can easily see and edit the figures.  Normal Probability Distributions can be calculated from either side of the mean.   Equation solver. Type in the equation(s) and the calculator will give you the answer(s)!  Numerical integration and complex number calculations. This calculator will give you the edge!  If wanting to draw a graph then it will produce for you a table of x and y values. No need having to work them all out. The NZ Centre of Mathematics recommends this calculator for ALL students who are serious about doing well in maths.
